An 11,000 sq ft residential redevelopment in Belgravia, designed in collaboration with Adam Architecture and Celine Interiors. The proposal includes the demolition of the adjoining mews and its replacement with a new terrace, along with the creation of two basement levels linking the two properties. The scheme also involves extensive internal remodelling, alterations and extensions across both buildings, and a mansard roof extension formed as part of the rebuilt fourth floor. The project aims to deliver a unified, high-specification residence that sensitively enhances the historic setting while providing significant new accommodation.
