This project comprised the complete strip-out and high-end refurbishment of two adjoining retail units within Jubilee Place shopping mall, seamlessly reconfigured to form a single, expansive 4,500 sq ft retail destination. The transformation involved creating a new structural opening between the units, installing a new screed subfloor, and fully renewing all MEP systems.
